1.      Use of our Website

1.1  Eligibility to use the Website

In order to be able to place an order via our Website you must be 16 years of age or older and be a customer not a reseller.

1.2  How to place an order

In order to be able to purchase a product you need to have an e-mail address. Then find the products you want, add the products to your basket, proceed to checkout, fill in the details in regards to your billing address and payment method, review your order, submit it, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

Please keep a copy of the confirmation e-mail of your order for your own reference.

We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it after the confirmation e-mail has been sent.

 

2.      Our right to not accept your order or cancel it

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order, even if it has being approved from us in the following circumstances, without being liable for any costs or damage:

                              i.            The product is not available (your money will be refunded)

                             ii.            Your billing information is not correct

                            iii.            Your order has been judged as unusual or susceptible to fraud by our security system

                            iv.            The payment is not received within xxxxxx days after accepting your order

                             v.            We believe your under the age of 16

                            vi.            We believe you are a reseller

                           vii.            Inability to deliver to the address provided

 

3.      Data Verification

Upon receiving your order, we might run some checks before it is completed. Such checks may consist of validation of your name, billing address and other personal information provided by you during the ordering process against appropriate third party databases, without limitation. By accepting these terms and conditions, we have the ability to run the aforementioned checks. We will not run any credit checks and your credit rating will not be affected. All information provided by you will be processed in accordance with xxxxxxxxxxx (law number and name) for the protection of individuals and their personal data.

 

4.      Payment

4.1  Payment Method

The accepted payment methods are Visa Credit Cards, Visa Debit Cards, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept any other methods of payment than the above mentioned. Please do not try to pay using any other method, as we will not be liable for any loss of the payment or any other issues caused from this action.

4.2  Payment Processing

Payments will only be processed if the billing address is verified. The amount will be deducted from your account as soon as your order will be dispatched from the warehouse.

4.3  Retention Of  Title

We retain title of all products until full payment has been received.

4.4  Prices and Currency

The product prices displayed on our Website are inclusive of Value – Added Tax (VAT). Delivery costs are applied per order.

Prices are quoted in Euro. Please note that if your local currency is different, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable on the date of purchase. The exchange rate is beyond our control.

4.5  Total Price

The total price outlined in the final check out screen includes tax and delivery costs. The total price will also appear in your confirmation e-mail for your own reference.

4.6  Price Changes

The product prices displayed on our Website may be subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without any notice. However, you will be charged the price displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

4.7   Pricing Errors

Although our Website is composed with extreme care, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we have the right to cancel your order.

 

5.      Delivery

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday and it takes between two to three working days for your items to be delivered. For orders placed on Public Holidays, delivery time should be extended by one to two working days.

 

6.      Returns and Cancellations

6.1  Cancelling or Changing an Order

Once a successful order has been placed, it means that we have already processed your order, has been removed from available stock and cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

6.2  Returning a faulty, damaged, or defective product

If the product has been faulty or damaged, you will not need to pay for the delivery. We will replace your product and send it back to you free of charge. Faulty, damaged, or defective products are inspected by our specialized team and if the damage is a result of the manufacturer, then products will be returned to the manufacturing company and be exchanged. However, if the damaged was caused by yourself, the product will be returned back to you. Please note, that we do not accept products obtained from any other source than www.petrosports.com.cy, products damaged by negligence, used products, or products that have been damaged from any other activities rather than the intended ones. The life expectancy of a product depends on the user and the conditions of use. Products that have been damaged by normal wear or have exceeded their reasonable life will not be replaced. Also, products must remain in their original packaging and be complete (e.g both items of a pair must be returned); otherwise we will not accept them.

6.3  Product Exchange

If you have purchased a product that you want to change the size or exchange it with another item, you can do so, but you will be responsible to pay the delivery costs. You need to return the product to us within 14 days after the delivery, complete, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product. Please note that you can also change your items in our stores.

6.4  Returning Gifts / Presents

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has a received one of our products as a present / gift. If you want to return the item, please contact the person who has purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the product exchange procedure (outlined in section 6.3) .

6.5  Refunds

Product refunds are currently not available. However, if you have received the wrong product, or if a product has been faulty, damaged or defective, then we will change it for you without extra costs. Faulty, damaged, or defective products are inspected by our specialized team and if the damage is a result of the manufacturer, then products will be returned to the manufacturing company and be exchanged. However, if the damaged was caused by yourself, the product will be returned back to you. 7.      Availability

Although we try to ensure that products displayed for sale are available, we reserve the right not to accept or cancel confirmed orders if an item is out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you when the item will be available; otherwise, we will refund the money.

 

8.      Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions and all disputes arising, including the validity thereof, or with the use of this Website or with any purchase on this Website shall be governed by Cypriot and European Law. By agreeing to these terms and conditions of use, it means you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus Courts. The terms and conditions of use may be amended or reviewed by us with or without any notice. You are responsible to check and review the terms and conditions of use of our Website each time you use it.

 

9.      Information on the Website

Even though our Website has been composed with extreme care, the information, texts, documents, pictures, graphics, movies, music, and / or other services might contain errors or be incomplete / incorrect. PetroSports Ltd is not liable for any damages caused from the use (or inability to use) this Website, including damages caused from viruses, or any incorrectness / incompleteness of the information, unless such damage is the result of any willful misconduct or negligence on the part of PetroSports Ltd.
